Jiffy Lube Teen Driver Educational & Scholarship Program Marketing Goals:

Primary: Build loyalty with the emerging driver market by introducing Jiffy Lube to first-time drivers and the importance of car maintenance as it pertains to the safety and longevity of their vehicle and the environment. 

Secondary: Position Jiffy Lube as a local company supporting students and education in communities throughout your trade areas. 

Scholarship Components / Positive Community Response & Involvement

• Dedicated Scholarship website for students to apply and counselors to enroll their school and order Teen Driver VIP cards free of charge. www.yourturn2apply.com. Last year’s scholarship winners & videos posted on website.
• Teen Driver VIP cards are presented as an opportunity for an in-class incentive and a way to better affect students overall driver education.  VIP Discount cards also sent to counselors or teachers who enrolled and ordered cards.
• In-store Posters featuring prior year’s local scholarship winners and information on the program sent to local high schools and Jiffy Lube locations.
• Counselor Kits (Poster for school, one-sheets explaining the scholarship & opportunity to enroll in program and order Teen Driver VIP cards free of charge).
• Local scholarship awards & school awards for submitting the most essays. Scholarship awards based on 500 word essay on “What Drives You?”.
• Letters of encouragement and Teen Driver VIP cards mailed to non-winners.
• Award Night & School Assembly Presentations
