MEET OUR TEAM
We offer specialist expertise in traditional marketing & media buying, digital marketing, online marketing, creative services, public relations and content. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals in all areas of marketing and advertising with years of real world experience. We provide campaigns and services to help you maximize your car counts and budget.

The company founder and president, Richard Ostler, received his MBA from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1988. Dick spent five years with Pizza Hut, as a Corporate Brand Marketing Manager in Wichita, Kansas and Irvine, California. Later, he became the Senior Marketing Manager at Novell, Inc. in Provo, Utah before accepting a position in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing at Q Lube in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Co-founder, Benji Burton, has always had an affinity for multi-unit retail, starting with Wendy’s in Las Vegas in the early 1990’s after graduating from UNLV. Following a migration to Utah, he landed a job with Q Lube, a Quaker State subsidiary, where he met Richard Ostler and Laura Worthen. They’ve worked together ever since, building a client-centric agency focused on intelligent strategy and positive ROI.
